Overview

Eric is a Mechanical Engineer and Project Manager with a focus on Mission Critical facilities.  He is experienced leading multidiscipline teams from project inception through turnover.  This experience includes providing strategic planning and design, CFD modeling, facility assessments, gap analysis, life cycle cost analysis, and comprehensive building commissioning.  This diverse experience in the design and commissioning of complex multidiscipline projects provides a deep insight and understanding of the interdependencies of todays’ complex building systems.  His responsibilities as a project team leader include oversight, coordination and quality control reviews.
