Training Platform

CCxE created and operates its own internal commissioning university with several team leaders having extensive training experience and creating custom training courses offered internally to our Cx agents.

We also utilize a hybrid buddy / mentor program, personnel won’t always have the same buddy, but we always pair personnel with our firsthand experts to learn everyday tasks firsthand.

No one goes to college to be a commissioning agent, commissioning is learned in the field by doing, and we find learning firsthand from a master is the best way to share our institutional knowledge and in house expertise.

Client Specific Training

Prior to starting work with any new client, our team leaders take the time to fully understand the client's unique requirements, processes, and expectations. They build strong working relationships and then transfer that knowledge to the broader team. We continually oversee the onboarding process and ensure ongoing adherence to each client's guidelines and standards.

For example, members of our senior staff regularly attend client commissioning summits, seminars, and other industry events to deepen their understanding and strengthen client relationships.

We actively take advantage of any opportunities provided by our clients to enhance our knowledge, capabilities, and service delivery.

An in-house subject matter expert is appointed for each client or specialty area and is responsible for sharing their expertise with the rest of the team as it grows.
